𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆: 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲Starting a business is often romanticized as a thrilling journey of innovation and disruption. But as any entrepreneur will tell you, it’s a road filled with more twists and turns than you can imagine. Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of building my startup, Deeva, from the ground up. Through the highs and lows, there have been several key lessons that stand out, shaping both my business and personal growth.𝟭. 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗲𝘆One of the first things I learned is that the ability to adapt is crucial. Markets change, customer preferences evolve, and unexpected challenges arise. During our early days, we faced several hurdles, from supply chain disruptions to shifts in consumer demand. Each time, our adaptability helped us not only survive but thrive. Embrace change and see it as an opportunity to innovate rather than a threat.𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴My journey has underscored the importance of building a strong network. Recently, I had the opportunity to attend the Young Leaders Forum by FICCI and connect with fellow entrepreneurs. These interactions are not just about exchanging business cards; they're about building relationships that can offer support, advice, and collaboration opportunities down the line.𝟯. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝗶𝗴At Deeva, we've always had big dreams—taking our saree brand to new heights, reaching customers globally, and innovating in ways that honor tradition while embracing modernity.
