Gulita features an open-air private pool, a large lawn, three basem*nts used for parking and related services, multiple dining areas, a diamond room, and a grand temple. The living area is adorned with striking side tables and gorgeous sofa sets. Paintings and furniture, designed especially for Isha Ambani & Anand Piramal, accentuate the modern look of Gulita.

The first floor has an entrance lobby that leads to the doors going upstairs. The lobby includes multipurpose rooms and circular studies.
